ChatGPT Pro in Malaysia: 5x or 20x?

Yes. Malaysia is listed as a supported ChatGPT country. Official web checkout supports MYR and credit or debit cards. If your card works and you are comfortable managing recurring billing, subscribing directly is usually the simplest option.

Checked 13 October 2026: AIXiamo's ordinary Pro 100 order is CNY 749. Pro 200 is CNY 1,298 for new subscriptions, renewals and reopening expired subscriptions. These are AIXiamo service prices, not official MYR prices. Active Plus can use a Pro100 code or request an individual upgrade quote before payment. Pro 5x and Pro 20x are retained as legacy names, not a guarantee of the former 20x allowance for every new Pro 200 account. New and existing users can order without prior Pro history or the old 20x upgrade button. Pro100 offers automatic code delivery and self-service activation or full assistance from a dedicated support agent; Pro200 is handled manually on the customer's own account. Check the product and checkout pages for the final amount, availability and payment methods, then verify the plan, expiry and allowance in your own ChatGPT account.

AIXiamo keeps Pro 5x and Pro 20x as legacy names for its Pro 100 and Pro 200 purchase routes. Compare Pro 100 for frequent Codex and long tasks, and Pro 200 for heavier single-user work after checking current allowances. A new Pro 200 subscription does not automatically include the former 20x allowance. Final rights and limits are those shown by OpenAI in your account. Active Plus can use a Pro100 code or request an individual upgrade quote before payment. The new 30-day Pro period replaces the remaining Plus period; it does not add to it: 10 days of Plus remaining becomes 30 days of Pro, not 40. Any credit or refund depends on the agreed order; neither a discount nor cancellation of the original billing channel's auto-renewal is automatic. After completion, verify Pro and its new expiry in the same account. You do not need to buy Plus first.

For an individual upgrade quote, ask AIXiamo support. The Chinese Plus-to-Pro upgrade explanation provides the same period example.

Check that online and international transactions are enabled, billing details match the bank record and the card has sufficient funds. Avoid repeated rapid attempts. Ask the issuing bank if official checkout is still declined.

AIXiamo offers a one-off order for customers who can pay with Alipay, USDT-BEP20 on BSC or USDT-TRC20 on TRON. It does not currently claim MYR, FPX, DuitNow QR or Malaysian card settlement.

No. AIXiamo creates a one-off order and does not automatically charge the next billing cycle. A later renewal requires a new order.

No. AIXiamo does not request an OpenAI or ChatGPT password, email or phone OTP, two-factor code or recovery code. Never share these credentials.

Pro100 offers automatic code delivery and self-service activation or full assistance from a dedicated support agent. Pro200 and Pro500 remain manually handled per order. Manual processing normally takes about two to five minutes, although peak demand or platform review can take longer. Keep the order number and use AIXiamo’s order-query page; support is provided in Chinese.

If the service is verified as not completed, AIXiamo handles a full refund according to the product-page and order rules. Contact support immediately if an unprocessed order needs attention.

Plus supports any email provider and uses automatic code delivery followed by self-service activation on your own account. An unused Plus code can be kept until the current subscription expires. Pro100 can be opened directly on Free or used with active Go, Plus or Pro100; you do not need to buy Plus first. Redeem the Pro100 code within 30 days of delivery. Successful activation starts a new 30-day Pro100 period and replaces, rather than adds to, the remaining subscription days. Active Pro200 or higher must expire before using this code. Check the result in official ChatGPT and track the original order. Alipay and the checkout's USDT options are available; Chinese-language support can help throughout.

Plus, Pro100 and Pro200 have a 30-day AIXiamo subscription guarantee. Account bans caused by the user's rule violations are excluded. If an activated Plus subscription ends early for a non-user reason, verified eligible orders can receive restoration, a full new month of Plus subscription, or a full cash refund of the original order. Pro100 and Pro200 remedies follow the corresponding product and original order terms after review. AIXiamo provides this guarantee; contact support through the original order.
