Yes. A company can use its own accounts or ask AIXiamo to prepare one separate account per actual user without a separate account-preparation fee. The selected subscription and setup service remain paid, and any official user confirmation must be completed by the designated user.
AIXiamo can issue a regular invoice for the completed AIXiamo transaction after the billing details are confirmed. It is an AIXiamo transaction document, not an OpenAI invoice or a Singapore GST invoice unless explicitly agreed in writing.
